Tell us a little about yourself.  How did you get started?
Howdy! I’m Angelica, the creative mind behind @angelicaillustrated. I’ve loved lettering and typography my entire life - I remember writing my classmates’ names on their binders in grade school and painting campaign banners for student council in high school and feeling awestruck with being able to bring my creativity and visual concepts to life. Fast forward, 17 years later, that same feeling has brought me to incorporating my lettering with laser-cut elements for some pretty sweet life changing events.

        

              

What do you love most about being a lettering artist/calligrapher?
I love sharing the joy and creative process with my closest friends and clients as they celebrate their most meaningful moments. While life can be quite chaotic with a 5 year old, 3 dogs, and a husband that also works from home, I feel very lucky to be able to do what I love and create every day!
